On December 16, 2022 settlement checks for the second distribution were mailed to all Class Members who received and cashed their initial check. Please contact the Settlement Administrator with any questions regarding your payment.

Claim Form

The deadline to file a claim has passed. Timely claims should have been submitted online by December 2, 2019, at 11:59pm. If mailed, timely claims should have been postmarked by December 2, 2019.
