On May 14, 2025, settlement checks for the third and final distribution were mailed to all Class Members who received and cashed their first and second distribution payments. Please contact the Settlement Administrator with any questions regarding your payment.

Claim Form

The deadline to file a claim has passed. Timely claims should have been submitted online by December 2, 2019, at 11:59pm. If mailed, timely claims should have been postmarked by December 2, 2019.
