This official website is maintained by the Settlement Administrator retained and supervised by Class Counsel for the Settlement Class in the action titled Lowe v. CVS Pharmacy, Inc., No. 1:14-cv-03687 (the “Action”), which is pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.
On May 14, 2025, settlement checks for the third and final distribution were mailed to all Class Members who received and cashed their first and second distribution payments. Please contact the Settlement Administrator with any questions regarding your payment.
